Identify Key SpLD Characteristics: Recognize common learning profiles and cognitive-processing difficulties associated with SpLD, including their impact on attention, working memory, and processing speed.

Confirmation & Receipt

Payment other than online payment - An official confirmation email and electronic receipt will be sent to the participant within 3 business days after the payment. Please email us info@wesynchealthhk.com a photo or snapshot of the payment slip/ transaction page to speed up the confirmation process.
If the receipt is for the purpose of reimbursement and needs to be addressed to your organisation or company or have any other requests, please email info@wesynchealthhk.com and state your FULL NAME, COURSE NAME and REQUEST(S) clearly in the email.
Certificate of Attendance
Participants who attend the entire course(s) (with their full name displayed on Zoom), and complete the course evaluation form will receive an electronic Certificate of Attendance via email from WeSync Health (course@wesynchealthhk.com).
Cancellation, Withdrawal, Transfer and Refund Policy
Cancellation or Rescheduling by WeSync Health: In the event that a webinar has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, WeSync Health will notify registered participants as soon as reasonably practicable by email and/or WhatsApp and will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the webinar.
Rescheduled Webinar: Registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled webinar. If a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled live session, no refund will be provided; however, the participant will retain access to the webinar recording in accordance with the Recording and Replay Access Policy.
Participant Withdrawal: Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed, regardless of whether the participant attends the live webinar. Participants registered for the Educational Psychology (EP) or Occupational Therapy (OT) webinar who are unable to attend the live session will retain access to the relevant webinar recording in accordance with the Webinar Recording and Replay Access Policy. Speech Therapy (ST) webinar will not be recorded and participants must attend the live session.
Substitution: A registered participant who is unable to attend may nominate another person to take over their registration. Written notice must be submitted to WeSync Health at course@wesynchealthhk.com at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the relevant live webinar. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.
Each registration may be substituted once only. For a multi-webinar package, the entire package must remain under one participant's name and cannot be divided or transferred separately on a webinar-by-webinar basis. Any substitution of a multi-webinar package must be requested at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time of the first live webinar included in the package. Once the first live webinar in the package has commenced, no substitution will be permitted for that package.
Upon an approved substitution, the substitute will become the registered participant for the entire registration and will be entitled to the applicable live webinar attendance and recording access. The original participant will no longer be entitled to attend or access any webinar or recording covered by the transferred registration.
An administration fee of HK$50 will apply to each approved substitution.
No Transfer to Another Course: Registration fees, payments or credits cannot be transferred to another course or webinar. This does not affect a participant's right to nominate a substitute for the same registration in accordance with the substitution policy above.
Other Expenses: If a webinar is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, WeSync Health will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation or other personal expenses.
Webinar Attendance, Recording Access and Purchase Deadlines
Educational Psychology (EP) and Occupational Therapy (OT) Webinars: Recordings will be available for the Educational Psychology (EP) and Occupational Therapy (OT) webinars only.
Participants who purchase the EP or OT webinar before the live webinar takes place will be entitled to attend the live session and will receive 30 days of recording access commencing from the day after the live webinar.
Participants may also purchase the EP or OT webinar after the live webinar has taken place. In such cases, the registration will provide access to the webinar recording only. Participants will receive 30 days of recording access commencing from the date of purchase, subject to the final recording-access deadline stated below.
Speech Therapy (ST) Webinar – Live Attendance Required: Speech Therapy (ST) webinar will not be recorded and no replay will be available. Participants must attend the scheduled live webinar. Participants who do not attend the live session will not be entitled to a recording, replay, refund or credit on the basis of non-attendance.
Final Purchase Deadline: The EP and OT webinars may be purchased for recording access until 16 January 2027. No new purchases for EP or OT recording access will be accepted after this date.
Recording Access: Recording access is provided solely to the registered participant. Access details must not be shared or transferred to another person. Participants must not download, copy, record, reproduce, distribute, publish or otherwise make the webinar recording or its contents available to any third party.
Final Recording-Access Deadline: All access to EP and OT webinar recordings will end on 15 February 2027 at 11:59 pm (HKT), regardless of the participant's purchase date or the remaining duration of their 30-day access period. Where a purchase is made less than 30 days before this final deadline, the available recording-access period will therefore be shorter than 30 days. No extension or recording access will be provided beyond this deadline.

Without prior written permission from WeSync Health and/or the relevant copyright holder, participants must not copy, photograph, screenshot, record, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, publish, share or otherwise use any webinar content or training materials, in whole or in part, except for personal use as expressly permitted by WeSync Health.
Webinar recordings and training materials must not be shared with or made accessible to any other person, including colleagues, students, organisations or other third parties.
WeSync Health reserves the rights of the final decision on enrollment and cancellation of the course due to unforeseen circumstances.
