1. About this tool

This page provides a search-and-reference tool for accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes listed on the official register of the Occupational Therapists Board of Hong Kong (the "Board"). It is intended solely for the convenience of registered occupational therapists in Hong Kong who need to cross-reference programme codes and CPD credit points when completing their own CPD records.

This tool is not intended for use by patients, students, or members of the general public, and no clinical, legal, or professional advice is provided.

2. No affiliation or endorsement

This site is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of the Occupational Therapists Board of Hong Kong or any accrediting body. All programme data reproduced here remains the intellectual property of the respective source register and its rights holders. Inclusion of a programme in this tool does not constitute endorsement of its content, quality, or provider by this site.

3. Source of data

Programme records are synchronised directly from the Board's publicly available official register. 

4. Known data quirks

To help users interpret the results correctly, please note:

• Text and formatting artefacts. Due to formatting limitations in the source register, some Programme or Organiser names may contain embedded line breaks, trailing spaces, or minor spelling variations. These are reproduced as-is to preserve an accurate match against your original certificate.

• Missing dates. A small number of programmes do not carry a confirmed start or end date in the source register (for example, self-paced online courses or programmes with dates to be announced).

• Cancelled programmes. Records marked CANCELLED by the organising body may not appear in the search results, or may be shown with a CANCELLED status. No CPD credit is awarded for cancelled programmes. If you previously received a certificate for a programme that has since been cancelled, please verify its status directly with the Board.

5. Authoritative source

Programme codes, CPD credit points, dates, and accreditation status shown here are for reference only. The official register of the Occupational Therapists Board of Hong Kong, together with the original certificate issued to the participant, remains the sole authoritative source of truth.

Users are responsible for verifying all programme information against the official register and their own certificates before submitting any CPD record.

6. Privacy and data protection

This tool does not require you to log in or submit personal data to perform a search. Search queries are processed only to the extent necessary to return results and are not used to identify individual users.

Programme, organiser, and trainer names displayed on this page are reproduced from the Board's publicly available register. If you are a programme organiser or trainer and believe your information is displayed inaccurately or should not be reproduced here, please contact us at info@wesynchealthhk.com and we will review and respond in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

7. Limitation of liability

While reasonable care has been taken to keep this tool accurate and current, to the maximum extent permitted by law, this site, its operators, and its contributors accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from:

• errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the source register;

• typographical or formatting artefacts;

• synchronisation delays or temporary unavailability of the tool;

• reliance placed on any information displayed on this page; or

• any other cause connected with the use of this tool.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Hong Kong law, including (without limitation) liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Governing law

This disclaimer, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
